Hello and welcome to Ernest & Bumble Designs.

Thanks for visiting Ernest & Bumble Designs. A boutique brand in Perth, I hand-make all my garments to ensure comfortable, high quality designs for women around Australia.

Ernest & Bumble came around eight years ago as I turned to sewing machines as a kind of therapy. Before I knew it, I had amassed a collection of dresses that perfectly suited the warm climate in Western Australia.

Artisan markets around the city were my ticket to get started with Ernest & Bumble Designs. After a few successful (and a few unsuccessful ventures), the Ernest & Bumble name was recognised and I was being approached by artist collectives for stock in their boutiques. Boutiques such as “Design a Space” in Melbourne and “The Loft Handmade Boutique” in Bridgetown to name a couple.

If markets are your thing, I’m a seller at the Kalamanda Artisan Markets every month - come and say hello! A vibrant environment for designers and artists around Perth, my regular clients at the Kalamunda markets have been coming back for years.

Ernest & Bumble endeavours to practise minimal waste on a daily basis to ensure clean and ethical processes are maintained. Making every piece by hand to ensure a high level of construction.
